Enable JavaScript on the Chrome browser

To enable or disable JavaScript in Google Chrome, follow the steps below.

  1. Open the Chrome browser.
  2. Click Customize and control Google Chrome  in the upper-right corner of the browser window.
  3. Select Settings from the drop-down menu that appears.
  4. At the bottom of the Settings window, click Show advanced settings...
  5. In the Privacy section, click the button.
  6. Under the JavaScript section, choose the appropriate settings for your needs. You may enable, disable, or set specific rules by clicking the button.
  7. Once you have made your changes, click Done.
