How do I take a screenshot to show to the support team ?

Using the Builtin Bug Screenshot tool 

1. Click on the settings gear Icon 

2. Hover your mouse over the word Support then click on  Send Bug Screenshot.

2. A new toolbar on the top of the screen will appear with several annotation tools. Click the arrow tool and point to what you want to include in the screenshot.

3. After you are ready to send the screenshot click on the green Checkmark, fill in your email and information and click SEND


Using your computers Built-in tools

Your computer has the ability to send a screenshot Select the operating system you have for further instructions

Android
Windows Phone
