Why do I keep getting logged out of AZInsight

If you are getting logged out of AZInsight this can be to the following reasons:

Issue   Cause  Solution
You are using the same email and password to log into AZInsight at the same time on two different computer browsers.  AZInsight only allows 1 login per 1 username/password. If you wish to share AZInishgt with your team member please create a separate sub-account for them. You can follow this guide on how to do that. 
AZInsight is loading failing to load or work properly The version of the chrome browser is out of date.  Please update the version of the browser. 
AZInsight works but is unable to keep a connection to that server The version of AZInsight is out of date. Please update the version of the AZInsight Chrome Extension
