How to report a bug by sending a video or screenshot

Below we list the most common methods to take a screenshot or video to show customer support. 

Taking a screenshot or video using the AZInsight built-in tool


Click on the settings gear Icon 

Hover your mouse over the word Support then click on  Send a Bug Screenshot or Video
A new toolbar on the top of the screen will appear with several annotation tools. Click the arrow tool and point to what you want to include in the screenshot.

After you are ready to send the screenshot click on the green Checkmark, fill in your email and information and click SEND.
