I didn't get my reset password email

The reset email is sent instantaneous from our servers to your email provider. This may occasionally take up to 2-3 mins to reach your inbox but usually under 60 seconds. 

If you didn't receive the email verify that it didn't get stuck in your "junk/spam" email folder as this may happen occasionally due to the nature of the wording on the subject line.
