Reasons why N/A shows up when looking at products

The top four reasons why AZInsight might return N/A on the sales and estimation revenue are:

1. ASIN is in a category that does not have enough products to calculate sales data for

2. ASIN has been moved from into a category recently

3. ASIN is new to the Amazon catalog or has been deactivated and reactivated recently 

4. ASIN has been disabled and then relisted
