How to open a support case on Amazon Seller Central ?
To open a case on Amazon Seller Central follow these step
- Open this link https://sellercentral.amazon.com/help/hub/support/INTENT_CTI_OtherAccountIssues#
- Type your issue on the input box that says "Describe your issue"
- Click Continue
- Click on Email or Phone (whichever support method you prefer)
- Fill out the questions and click Send
