How to switch AZInsight to use Amazon MWS APi to calculate the Amazon fees

To switch from using the Amazon Revenue Calculator back to the Amazon MWS APi follow the steps below:

Click on the gear settings icon then click on Profile

Locate and expand the section titled  Calculation Method for Amazon Fees

Locate the section labeled  Calculation method for Amazon fees and check in the box next to  "Always use the Amazon MWS to get Amazon fees"

Click Save and refresh the page AZInsight is running for the changes to take into effect
