Can a sub-account acess the web portal?


If your team member set you up with an account to use AZInsight and you're trying to log in please download the AZInsight extension and log into the tool from there. Do not use the asinzen web portal.

No, subaccounts can not access the web portal. Sub-accounts are designed to be used by team members but be controlled by an administrator. The administrator is typically the account holder. The web portal gives you access to sensitive information and full control that you would otherwise not want a team member to have access to.
