Changing the language and marketplace on Amazon Seller Central
In order for the Seller Restriction and Hazmat Checker to work on Amazon Seller Central, the language must be set to English regardless of the marketplace you are logged (UK, DE, IT, FR, ES) and you must be on the correct marketplace for which you are checking for restrictions and hazmat on. Below are the steps to change the language and the marketplace
- 1. Verify the language is on Seller Central is set to English, to do this, Locate the language bard dropdown and select it
- 2. Verify the marketplace of the product you are on by looking at the product page. (For example, if you are researching a product on Amazon.com then you are on the USA marketplace) to do this click on the marketplace icon and using the drop-down choose the appropriate marketplace the product you are checking is on.
- 3. Go to the page AZInsight is running on and refresh it
- 4. Click on the Seller Restriction Check icons to run the process
