ERROR: 107

ERROR 107 indicates a temporary connection issue with our servers. You can try one of the following solutions.

Clear your browser cache and cookies

1. Click on the three vertical dots on your Chrome browser to open the contextual menu and click on Settings
2. On the left side panel click on Privacy and Security
3. Scroll down until you find the Clear Browsing Data option
4. Under time range select All Time and only select Cookies and other sites data and Cache images and files like shown in the image below
5. Click on the button Clear Data



Refreshing your browser

1. Locate the refresh button on your browser and click on it



The refresh button is located in the top right corner of your browser. You can also right-click on the webpage and select Reload from the contextual menu. 
This error can also be triggered when you are using a VPN or firewall software which causes issues connecting to the asinzen server. If you are unable to resolve this issue we recommend you contact support.
