How to use dimensional weight on AZInsight Advanced
When shipping items to Amazon FBA, some shipping services (FedEx, UPS, USPS) use dimensional weight instead of actual weight if it's greater.
To enable this method of calculating the inbound shipping follow these steps:
- Click on the Settings gear icon
- Click on Calculator Settings
- Click on FBA - Inbound Shipping
- Create a new profile or edit the current profile
- Select The greater of (product weight, dimensional weight)
