How to play sound when a product trigers one of my basic alerts

ScanEZ can play a sound when you scan a product that triggers one of your basic alerts set. To enable this feature please follow the steps below. 

1. Go to the Product Research screen 

2. Click on the three vertical lines on the top right-hand corner of the screen

3. Click on Alert settings 

4. Select from the list of the available basic triggers you wish for ScanEZ to alert you on

5. Click the checkbox next to Play sound if all selected criteria are met 

6. Click the Save button to apply the changes
