How to request a refund for in app Apple store purchase of AZInsight made on an iphone
From your MAC computer or Ipad using a webbrowser
- Go to https://reportaproblem.apple.com
- Log in using you apple store account ( the one you use on your iphone to make the purchase of AZInsight)
- From the dropdown Request a refund and select Other
- Click Next
- Locate the AZInsight Pro / ScanEZ from the purchase history
- Add Refund due to wrong purchase on the description
- Click Submit
