How to take a screenshot or video of the Chrome Browser console log window?

To take a screenshot of the Chrome Browser JavaScript Console Log window please follow the instructions below

1. Press Ctrl+Shift+J (Windows / Linux) or Cmd+Opt+J (Mac) to open the Javascript Console on your chrome browser. 
2. Using your screenshot application or the system builtin clipping tool take a screenshot of this area. Save the screenshot file on your computer.
3. Create a ticket on the asinzen support site and attach the file or send it to a customer champion on the help chat
