How to troubleshoot why the Seller Restriction checker isn't working properly

Start by verifying the following below:
  1. Verify that your Chrome browser and version of AZInsight extension are up-to-date since
  2. Verify that you are logged into Amazon Seller Central. The Seller Restriction feature needs to communicate with your Amazon Seller Account (not your amazon buyer account) to check the restrictions. 
  3. Verify that your Marketplace is set to the same marketplace you are researching products on.  For example, if you are looking at products on Amaozn.com, make sure Seller Central is set to the United States, NOT Mexico or Canada or any other country.
  4. Verify that the language set on Amazon Seller Central is set to English. The Seller Restriction feature needs to communicate to check for restrictions in ONLY in English.
  5. Verify that Chrome Browser is not changing the Amazon Seller Central from English to another language.
  6. Verify that you can get this page on Amazon Seller Central https://sellercentral.amazon.com/product-search/search?q=B07BVKY2F8&ref_=xx_addlisting_foot_xx. If you can not access this page then your seller central account does to see restrictions
