Installing the Chrome Remote Desktop Extension for remote support

  1. Download and install the Chrome Remote Desktop extension found here
  2. Locate and click on the Chrome Remote Desktop extension icon on the browser bar's top right-hand corner.  
  3. After clicking the icon, a new page will appear. Locate the box that says Get Support and then click the bottom click button GENERATE CODE
  4. The extension will generate a code; please copy this code and provide it to the customer champion.
