How to manage auto-renew for your subscription?

Managing the auto-renew feature for subscriptions is done from the asinzen web portal. The auto-renew feature will automatically renew your subscription on your behalf without you having to manually do it.

The steps to enable or disable auto-renew are the following:

1. Log in to the asinzen web portal and click on plans
   
2. Locate and click on the button on the text that says "If you wish to automatically renew your subscription please click here" 
   
3. Agree to the participation to auto-renew  by clicking on the auto-renew button
   

By default, the auto-renew feature is disabled on new accounts and has to be turned on manually if you wish to use it. When auto-renew is enabled, you authorize us to collect the subscription payment using the payment method we have on record for you.
