Troubleshooting issues on AZInsight

Before starting we advise that you ensure that the version of the chrome browser you have installed is updated and that the version of AZInsight you have is updated.

Verify that the Amazon URL of the page you are on does not have any prefixes in front of the www (see example here)

Remove the prefix in front of the Amazon domain so it is properly formatted as shown here

You have a Chrome Browser version that is outdatedUpdate the version of the Chrome Browser you are running.
You have an outdated version of the AZInsight chrome extension installed

Update to the newest version of the AZInsight extension.

You're using a VPN.Due to the nature of a VPN, this can increase the response time of the AZInsight API, and it will look like AZInsight is working slow.
