What to do when the Stock Checker returns one result or no results but the status is running?
If the stock checker has returned one or no results and the status seems to be stuck on running, try clearing the AZInsight cache following these steps below.
- Click on the gear settings icon
- Click on Profile
- Locate and click on the button Clear AZInsight cache
- After the browser finishes reloading, click on the Stock Checker to verify if all the quantities appear and continue until the Done status shows up
