Why am I getting the message "unable to give an estimation due to unsupported..."
If you get an information tooltip with a message saying "unable to give an estimation due to unsupported or missing category or not enough sales data" this is indicating that the sales estimation engine was unable to properly calculate the sales and revenue for the ASIN due to either:
- ASIN is too new on the Amazon catalog
- ASIN is not properly being tracked by any historical data service
- ASIN is in category that is not allowing us to get a rank for
- ASIN and rank are not properly matched
