Why is the profit breakdown I see on Amazon Seller Central different from what AZInsight or InventoryLab shows?
If after selling a product Amazon is showing you a different profit breakdown this is an indication of the following:
- Amazon charged you different fulfillment fees
- The customer who purchased the product from your storefront used some sort of promotion
- The product and weight were different than what was used to calculate the fulfillment fees on AZInsight
Keep in mind that InventoryLab does not show the complete breakdown of the transaction. We suggest you log into Amazon Seller Central to view the complete breakdown of the sale to verify the difference between what AZInsight gave you verse what you received from InventoryLab.
