Why does Chrome give me a message that AZInsight is disabled on the extension bar?

Chrome will automatically disable a chrome extension after it has updated and the permissions the extension requests have changed from its previous version. The chrome browser does this as a safety mechanism in order to allow the user to verify that the user trusts the extension and grants the permissions it is requesting. 

In order for the extension to operate properly, you will need to grant it the necessary permissions to run. To do this simply click the Chrome-based permission dialog box on the top right corner of the browser and then click Accept permissions. The extension will then load. 

Note if the extension icon does not appear it might be unpinned. To pin the extension, please refer to this post here on how to unpin.
