How do I allow my team member to access the web portal history?
To allow a team member to access the web portal history, follow the steps below.
- Add your team member if you have not done so already, you can follow this guide
- After you have added your team member, enable the "Access History" from the secondary user's table
After following these steps, your team member will have access to the web portal history.
Make sure that your team has enabled the MyHistory plugin on AZInsight otherwise, AZInsight will not record any sourced history.
