What to do when your Seller Account has not yet been activated to use the Amazon integration?

Only an Amazon Professional Seller account has access to the Amazon integration services. Unsure what type of account you have please click here to find out.

If you are running into an issue where the asinzen service is not able to validate your Amazon integration, please consider taking the following steps to have Amazon fix your Seller Account. 
  1. Make sure you have completed the necessary tax interview on your amazon account for the marketplace you wish to see in. Click here to learn more
  2. Make sure you have an active billing charge method on file to cover the Amazon seller fees for a Professional account. You can refer to Amazon's documentation on this by clicking here.
  3. Make sure your account does not have any holds on it. Hold or issues are usually posted on the Amazon case log. Click here to learn how to access the case log.
