Why has AZInsight has stopped showing up on Amazon product pages ?
If for some reason AZInsight has stopped showing up on the product pages this is an indication of either the following:
1. Check that the extension has not been turned off by clicking on the icon on the top right and clicking the ON/OFF toggle is in the ON position. Lean here how to enable and disable the extension.
2. Check that you are running the newest version of chrome browser. Learn here how learn how to update the chrome browser.
If none of the steps above don't help please perform an uninstall and re-install of the AZInsight follow this guide here. If AZInsight still does not show up please contact support for us to further investigate the issue.Related Articles
