Clearing Web Browser Cache and Cookies

To clear the cache and cookies on the Chrome browser follow the steps outlined below:

1. In the browser bar, type: chrome://settings/clearBrowserData

2. At the top of the "Clear browsing data" window, click on Advanced. Select the following:

- Cookies and other site data

- Cached images and files

3. From the "Time range" drop-down menu, select the period for which you want to clear cached information. For clearing your entire cache, choose 'All time'

4. Click on the CLEAR DATA button and wait for the process to complete

5. Close all browser windows and reopen the browser
