Alerts: How They Work in ScanEZ

The Alerts in ScanEZ will display an icon or play a sound when you have scanned or come to a product that meets the condition of one or all the alert conditions you set. Alerts on ScanEZ are configured from the Alerts settings. 

Please follow the steps included below to create and set alerts.

  1. Go to the Product Research screen 
  2. Click on the three vertical lines on the top right-hand corner of the screen
  3. Click on Alert Settings 
  4. Select from the list of the available basic triggers you wish for ScanEZ to alert you on
  5. Click the Save button to apply the changes
