Comprehensive List of AZInsight Error Codes

ERROR: 706

ERROR-706 indicates that AZInsight could not get the size or weight from the Amazon API, but it could be available on the Amazon Revenue Calculator, you may have to manually enter the weight and size for the ASIN.


ERROR: 703

ERROR-703 indicates that the Sales Estimation plugin can't correctly calculate an estimation for the ASIN due to the ASIN missing the category information on Amazon.


ERROR: 119

ERROR-119 Indicates that AZInsight can't calculate Amazon fees due to the ASIN missing the weight or dimensions data. You have to manually enter weight and dimensions to calculate Amazon fees.


ERROR: 118

ERROR-118 means that Amazon Integration on your account is inactive. This happens when the developer permissions have expired or the developer app has been manually disconnected on Amazon Seller Central.


ERROR: 120

ERROR-120 indicates the payment method you are attempting to use to sign up for the limited trial has already been registered before and we are unable to continue setting up your free trial account.


ERROR: 704

ERROR-704 indicates that the extension is having trouble finding information on a specific product or category, most likely due to Amazon being set on another language other than English.


ERROR: 113

ERROR-113 indicates that your account setup is incomplete. To solve this error, please log into the asinzen web portal and complete the Amazon Integration for the Unlimited Trial or the credit card verification for the limited trial.


ERROR: 112

ERROR-112 indicates that Keepa does not have a historical sales rank for the ASIN and it is missing from the Historical Data and Keepa Data.


ERROR: 111

ERROR-111 indicates that your Amazon Integration has become invalid or has expired. To solve this issue, renew your Amazon Integration



ERROR: 201

ERROR-201 indicates that there could be an issue with your internet connection, the connection to AZInsight or ScanEZ is being blocked, your VPN is blocking AZInsight from connecting to our servers, or your system date and time are misconfigured. 


ERROR: 701

ERROR-701 indicates that AZInsight does not have enough historical data to estimate the monthly sales and revenue for the ASIN. 


ERROR: 107

ERROR-107 indicates a temporary connection issue with our servers, please wait a couple of minutes before trying again.


ERROR: 109

ERROR-109 indicates that you're using a newly created Amazon Seller Central account, please wait between 1 or 2 days before trying to complete the Amazon Integration.


ERROR: 106

ERROR-106 indicates that the AZInsight Sales Estimation engine is currently offline. Wait a couple of minutes before trying again.



ERROR: 108

ERROR-108 indicates that your account has not completed the Amazon Integration yet. To complete this process, click here.


ERROR: 105

ERROR-105 indicates that the Keepa server is not responding and we are unable to return the data we need to display the historical data. In this case, the user must wait a few minutes before trying again.


ERROR: 110

ERROR-110 indicates that your Amazon store is already connected to an asinzen account. You can't use the same Amazon store on a different AZInsight subscription.
