Solution:
To resolve this issue, the account manager needs to grant the required permissions. Follow these steps:
Log in to our web portal:
Go to app.asinzen.com and log in with your account credentials.
Navigate to Manage Sub-Accounts:
Once logged in, go to the "Manage Sub-Accounts" section. To get here, click on your name in the top right corner of the screen.
Grant Access:
In the "Manage Sub-Accounts" section, locate the sub-account for which you want to grant access.
Click on the "Access Add-on" button next to the relevant sub-account.
You can also give access when creating the secondary account.
By following these steps, the user should now have the necessary permissions to use the asinzen Insight Google Add-on.
